ONLINE STORE TERMS

You may not use our products, website, artwork, images, content, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, artwork, colors, dimensions, descriptions, and other product information as accurately as possible.
However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings. Because some products are produced using printing and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, placement, finish, or appearance may also occur.
Many Imagined by Ezra products may be made to order. Production begins after an order is placed, and availability and production times may vary.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, limit, or change products or product quantities at any time without notice.
PRICING
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless required to correct an obvious pricing or processing error.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, when required, will be calculated or displayed during checkout.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, payment problems, or errors in product or order information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many of our products are produced specifically after an order is placed. Because of the made-to-order nature of these products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or other customer ordering errors.
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, selections, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible items will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@imaginedbyezra.com.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has entered production or fulfillment.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the time an order is placed.
Payment transactions may be processed by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers made available through our store. We do not directly control the processing practices of third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for purchases made through our store.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times displayed on our website are estimates and may include both production and transit time.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Shipping delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, supply conditions, production delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products, incorrect products, missing shipments, and related matters are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The artwork featured on Imagined by Ezra products is original artwork.
All artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, branding, text, website content, and other creative materials displayed through Imagined by Ezra are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly authorized by us in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, trace, scan, digitize, download for commercial use, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit our artwork or other protected content.
Purchasing a product featuring artwork does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
Your purchase gives you ownership of the physical product purchased, subject to applicable law. It does not grant a license or permission to reproduce or commercially use the artwork appearing on that product.
The Imagined by Ezra name, logos, branding, and related brand materials may not be used without authorization.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain products, services, fulfillment functions, payment processing functions, shipping services, applications, or website features may be provided or supported by third parties.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not own or control, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
